CCD has implemented Family Focused Village Development Programme (FFVDP) supported by Linsi Foundation working for holistic development of Tribal Families in 7 villages of Rayagada block.

The Strategies are :-

  • Institution building and strengthening
  • Capacity Building to VDC / CBO members
  • Women leadership promotion, micro enterprise promotion, educate the women on financial literacy and financial inclusion
  • Value Based education for the children
  • Scholarship for the inter and Degree students to encourage them
  • Promotion of Children Group
  • Activating the village-level education institutions i.e., Schools & AWC
  • Establishment of Information cum Resource Centre
  • Household care with Eco-friendly environment, hygiene management like toilet, safe drinking water and proper ventilation
  • Waste Management practices
  • Resource mobilization - Access to the housing scheme from panchayat
  • Kitchen Garden promotion with organic farming
  • Consumption of organic vegetables for health care
  • Health, hygiene and sanitation practices especially for women and adolescent girls
  • Skill Development for livelihood promotion, self-employment and income generation
  • Educate the households on indigenous culture and ensure Gender Equity
  • Educate the community to develope and implement ethics and values
  • Capacity building to project staff on programme management and community mobilization
  • Networking with Government Stakeholders and other resource agencies for resource mobilization
